Your order can only be modified unless it is shipped already. In order to do that please send an email to info@bedcouture.com or contact us using our Contact form.
Address changes can only be made if your order is not yet packed and shipped. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible and send the following information to verify your account:
- Order Number
- Registered First and Last name
- Registered address
- Registered phone number
Same day deliveries are not available. Our company is offering standard delivery which takes between 2-3 days.
Payment
Yes, payment can be done with all main payment methods including Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, iDeal, ING Home'Pay, Bank transfer and etc.
Bed Couture coupons are a great way to save even more with us, all you have to do is insert your coupon code during checkout.
Returns
Our Bed Couture bed sheets are with exceptional quality, incredibly soft and ecofriendly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in 30 days period from the delivery date.
NOTE:
- All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- We only accept unopened packages, if the item shows damaging and a proof with a picture is necessary.
Return delivery cost will be reimburssed with a coupon only on defective or damaged orders.
